• Owned CAD documentation and shop drawings for fit-out and joinery works, aligning design intent with fabrication tolerances and site constraints.
• Rebuilt the quotation and invoicing workflow into a structured digital system, cutting document turnaround time and reducing errors.
• Now developing the company’s remote digital and sales presence from Vienna — designer outreach in the UAE market, content, and client documentation.

Vienna International Airport (Flughafen Wien)

• Optimized a procurement process through combined qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Identified possible weaknesses and bottlenecks in the process and translated them into improvement opportunities.
